Installation Process
We will arrange for one of our St Helens Windows specialist design experts to visit you in the comfort of your own home. They will show you through the range of projects and options available to you, helping you decide which project is the most suitable for your home. We will bring an array of samples, showing materials, styles and colours available for your project, we will have a unique with a choice of decorative glass, stylish effects, handles and door knockers available too.
Design Options
Create the design you are planning with the help of our designs in 3D, where any necessary changes can be made along the way. Our design service is free to take advantage of this opportunity today.
Planning
If you live in a conservation area and planning permission is required then we can take care of this for you. This service includes fees that are usually set depending on your project requirements and will be shown separately on your final order. These can be discussed in further detail with your home improvements advisor or with a member of our team in the office
Survey
Our professional surveyor will measure up your project and give you a FREE QUOTE on the day of the measurements. They’ll take photographs and assess whether we will need any special equipment will be needed to deal with the project, it is this level of preparation that ensures everything runs smoothly when your future project is installed. The surveyor will go through the designs for your new project with you as a final check. You can still make minor alterations at this stage, although this could affect the cost. Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll finalise the order for the manufacture of the components of your project. We’ll also take care of any planning requirements
Manufacture
We manufacture our products in-house, every product is bespoke to you and our manufacturing team can tailor each product unique to you through our manufacturing process, every component is made to order by expert and experienced craftspeople here in the UK, using only the highest quality materials. Installation
You tell us when it’s convenient to install your future project. Our installation team will lay the correct foundations and damp proofing if this is needed. They’ll construct the project, install your choice of material for your future project and any agreed plastering, lighting and power points. Because everything is measured up at the survey, your future project will fit perfectly. We’ll check to make sure your project is secure and weatherproof. When we’ve finished fitting your project, our team will make sure you’re happy with the installation. Furthermore, we will make any alterations you may need.
