  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of both the products and the service has been unrivalled, and every single member of the team has been a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Alan in Sales was fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout. Kierra in Billing was equally brilliant and made everything straightforward and easy.

A special mention has to go to the fitting team, Ewan and Tyler. Their workmanship was of an exceptional standard, and their professionalism was second to none. They were a joy to have around — polite, respectful, tidy and clearly took great pride in what they do.

The finished windows look fantastic, and the quality is outstanding. From the initial sales process right through to the fitting and aftercare, the whole experience has been first class.

We honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Exceptional people, exceptional products and exceptional service — absolutely delighted with the result!

We had replacement windows throughout and a new front door from St Helens Windows, installed on June 8, 2026. Everything went brilliantly from the very start - from when the rep Alan came to measure and price (who was not at all pushy, just very nice and helpful), from phone calls and communications with the company, to the actual installation. All excellent. The team arrived on time - Ewan and Tyler - and got stuck in promptly with enthusiasm. The whole process took only two days. At the same time the company installed a new front door for my son at another local address, and he was equally happy with the entire process. I would not hesitate to use the company again in the future for any further work required and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you once again to all at St Helens Windows.

Very good information on the order taking visit and on the measuring up visit. Quick service from order being placed to the instalation date.
The removal of old fittings and fitting of replacements was completed in the set time and to a very high stanadard by the fitter and he made sure that he kept everything neat and tidy.
The total service from first visit to completion of the job was first rate and we could not of been more satisfied.
WELL DONE to all concerned.
