We have just had a new back door fitted and we are more than pleased with it . The young man who fitted it was very polite and helpful and wasted no time in fitting it . Alan in Sales was fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout. Kierra in Billing was equally brilliant and made everything straightforward and easy.

A special mention has to go to the fitting team, Ewan and Tyler. Their workmanship was of an exceptional standard, and their professionalism was second to none. They were a joy to have around — polite, respectful, tidy and clearly took great pride in what they do.

The finished windows look fantastic, and the quality is outstanding. From the initial sales process right through to the fitting and aftercare, the whole experience has been first class.
