4/01/21 IMPORTANT UPDATE
Following the Government’s announcement on the 4th of January 2021, St Helens Windows will continue to carry out installation work. We will be adhering to safe working practices, including social distancing and personal hygiene. Our team will make sure that the customers are happy to give our installations team access first. Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to make their property safe for our team to carry out the work.
For the safety of our customers and employees, our office-based staff are working remotely where possible. The Home Improvements Advisers will be providing online quotes for all of our products. Furthermore, we are offering a remote quotation service. Our team will be dealing with sales enquires. So proceed to send your enquiries to our Home Improvements Advisers.
The official Government advice is clear that manufacturing, construction and trades carried out in homes are allowed to carry on throughout the lockdown. Our showroom will be closed during the lockdown, for the safety of our customers and employees.

St Helens Windows would like to thank you for your patience throughout the lockdown. We are now open for business and following the Government’s guidelines on social distancing. Our team are carrying out the construction of conservatories and orangeries, ensuring your home remains safe and social distancing measures are followed. The installation teams will be following stringent measures when working on your home. The manufacturing, supplying and fitting of windows, doors, conservatories, the construction of extension bases, roofline and many home improvements are underway and our team are happy to supply you with a FREE no-obligation online quote.

Due to the governments’ announcement on 23/3/20 with regards to businesses helping to fight COVID-19, St Helens Windows has now put a temporarily hold all outstanding orders and installations. All customers appointments and installations will be rearranged at the company’s earliest convenience. The St Helens Windows team will be in touch with all current customers to review their appointments and installations. St Helens Windows are hoping to be up and running again and working on with your home improvements as soon as the government raises the Coronavirus restrictions.
