Everything went brilliantly from the very start - from when the rep Alan came to measure and price (who was not at all pushy, just very nice and helpful), from phone calls and communications with the company, to the actual installation. All excellent. The team arrived on time - Ewan and Tyler - and got stuck in promptly with enthusiasm. The whole process took only two days. At the same time the company installed a new front door for my son at another local address, and he was equally happy with the entire process. Fantastic service from ordering to fitting, second to none !! I actually ordered the wrong glass panels for our new door , wasn't any trouble as they ordered new ones quickly and replaced them in no time.
