A special mention has to go to the fitting team, Ewan and Tyler. Their workmanship was of an exceptional standard, and their professionalism was second to none. They were a joy to have around — polite, respectful, tidy and clearly took great pride in what they do. The finished windows look fantastic, and the quality is outstanding. We had replacement windows throughout and a new front door from St Helens Windows, installed on June 8, 2026. Everything went brilliantly from the very start - from when the rep Alan came to measure and price (who was not at all pushy, just very nice and helpful), from phone calls and communications with the company, to the actual installation. All excellent. The team arrived on time - Ewan and Tyler - and got stuck in promptly with enthusiasm. The whole process took only two days. At the same time the company installed a new front door for my son at another local address, and he was equally happy with the entire process. Fantastic service from ordering to fitting, second to none !! I actually ordered the wrong glass panels for our new door , wasn't any trouble as they ordered new ones quickly and replaced them in no time. I can't fault st helens windows I had all my windows and doors fitted by ewan and Tyler plus my gutters replaced from the office staff to the fitters great service can't recommend highly enough
